How to start Running?

 

          If you want to start running but you don’t know how to do it , you are in the right place. Today I am going to show  you how you can get started in this new sports discipline in the healthiest way.

          The first thing you need to know when starting to run is that we need to do it in a proggresive and intelligent way to avoid injuring ourselves. That’s why walking with very easy jogs is the best way to start. For example:

30 min Walking – Jogging interval 

4 min walking

1 min jogging

3 min walking

2 min jogging

       x 3 series

          This training program will depend on your physical condition, this method will give you the momentum to get started and will also help you gain resitance to comply with the adaptation process. If you are just getting started I recommend you to train this way only 3 days per week and the other 2 days work on your muscle strengthening that will allow you to have a much stronger muscle strength and it will help you to run the right way. 

          Another point to consider when people want to start running are the shoes  since they are the most important apparel you will need when beginning to run, most people will start training with shoes that have more than 5  years in their closet which will probably end up in an injury.
